Here at KineticMusic we believe that you can do more with a song than just listen to it with your ears. Our scripts pair simple numerical motion/ intensity data with music, allowing a device to know when to move or “pulse” with the beat in the song. Each song script is created by hand and by ear; no A.I. is at play here.
Using one of our scripts, you can feel the pulses and rhythms of the music through a personal device, such as a haptic feedback vest or a customized game controller. However, given the simplicity of the data in the script, the possibilities for what it could be used for are endless. You could build a robot and use this data to program it to dance to a song!
